  Plane the grain (Luke) was one of the most professional trades people we’ve come across, very polite, punctual, knowledgeable and very tidy. He would take the time to explain things as they arose and did an excellent job. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plane the grain to anyone.

  Luke was recommended to us by the kitchen supplier and we found his workmanship and professionalism to be of the highest order. Due to problems with the kitchen supplier, Luke had to adapt and change the timetable for the work and he did so to ensure the effect on the installation was minimised. His work is of an exceptionally high standard and I would describe him as a perfectionist. I would thoroughly recommend Luke to family and friends.

  15 Doors hung, Doorway moved, new stair bannister and rail

  New kitchen fitted

  Excellent work, from initial contact and prompt estimating to arriving as planned to start work. All work done to a high standard, with details and issues discussed with me as they arose. Luke was able to adjust his delivery around supplier and support trade issues over which he had no control. All done with a cheerful and positive outlook, looking to get the job done efficiently and to client satisfaction. A pleasure to do business with.

  New kitchen fitted

  Luke has completely transformed our kitchen. Every day Luke was punctual, left the kitchen tidy, conversed with us to make sure we were happy with the progress and our options with little details. A positive worker, with great motivation and very polite. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
