Excellent
Really impressed with the service from start to finish. I had been dealing with a frustrating flea problem and wasn't sure what else I could do, but the team were brilliant. They clearly explained what they were going to do during the treatment and, more importantly, gave me really clear instructions on what I needed to do between the first and second visit. Everything was explained in a really straightforward way, which gave me confidence that we were tackling the problem properly. I'm extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a flea problemVerified reviewerJob location: LN610 Pest / Vermin Control

Dealing with a mice and insect infestation in empty property
Planet Pest Control were great. It’s silly, but it feels a bit embarrassing to have to call in an exterminator but Kelvyn was brilliant and sympathetic the whole way through. Great communication, always turned up when he said he was going to and happy to work around my availability. I hope I never need another exterminator but if I do, Planet Pest Control will be my first call and I would definitely recommend the firm to others.Verified reviewerJob location: LE7RCaroline C10 Wasp Nest Removal

Getting rid of rodent
Kelvyn is a true professional. He was friendly and didn’t waste time. Got on with what he had to do. Checked everywhere inside and outside storage. Laid his traps and came back to get rid of the caught rat outside. He gave clear concise advice on which parts needed blocking for future prevention. Thank you for your advice.Verified reviewerJob location: LE4RHina P
