We had carried out Decking work to the front of our property during the Covid 19 outbreak and were unaware that Planning Permission was required. After trying to negotiate with Glasgow City Council over a number of months we contacted Tommy for professional advice. Tommy made immediate contact with me after posting my enquiry, he followed this up with a site visit and provided drawings etc for submission to Glasgow City Council. I have just heard today that full planning permission has been granted despite senior Council Planners advising that I would require to remove a large part of my decking
