Radiator replacement and boxing in pipes
Andy was knowledgeable and got us fit in quickly after visiting to quote up the work. The quote for the work agreed was good value and very reasonable. The work was completed within a day to a good standard. Andy is pleasant, responsive and reliable and I would recommend him for future work.

Boiler installation
When our boiler broke I called Planvale. Andrew came out the same day to give a quote. He then fitted it a few days later. He also returned to replace a tap and to check our house for leaks (again on the same day I called) after an unexpectedly large water bill. His workmanship and communication are exemplary. He is kind and courteous. He is punctual and follows through on his promises (e.g. to send information through). I wholeheartedly recommend him and will be calling him back for our annual boiler service.
