Very disappointing! We had to get another plasterer in to sort out the mess they had done! Holes we left in plaster nothing was blended in rough edges! House was left in a mess, they didn't have anything to tidy up with or clean up with! We had to replace carpets due to plaster stains! Plaster was splatted everywhere!!

Dylan came to quote as agreed and proved to be competitive against other quotes that I had obtained. We booked a date six weeks ahead and amazingly he was there on time to start the work as agreed over a five day period. He was accompanied by Aled who was an important part of the team and worked very quickly and hard with excellent quality standards. They were fun and amusing to work with and I was very happy with the work that they carried out. The work was carried out as agreed to programme and to cost so I was very satisfied overall.

Dylan was really helpful. He gave advice and found a solution for the fact that the heat from the fire had cracked the plaster. Clearly replacing like for like wouldn't work so he blended a particular heat resistant plaster. As a person he was extremely friendly and I'd definitely use him again.

Dylan repaired our lath and plaster ceiling which came down in our living room. He came to have a look the same day I phoned him, he was very knowledgable and reassuring. He did the work the following week. Really hard working,, tidy and a pleasure to have around We were delighted with Dylan’s work and would highly recommend

Overall Dylan did a fantastic job. His workmanship was excellent and was extremely tidy throughout the whole process.
