I hired them to do the plastering of my house I’m renovating after working with them a few years back on my personal property. Joe and his team have gone above and beyond at every stage of the job. Joe rendered the outside of my house, the render cracked, Joe was called back, Joe discussed ways to put his work right, Joe let me down several times, then Joe produced a new agreement to be signed, I explained that I had his 10 yr guarantee, the walls began to crack within 1 year, by signing a new document it makes the guarantee invalid. Joe will not answer my calls, Joe is not interested in putting his work right, Joes has even advised he cannot afford to do the work, I have to take Joe to court. Job was completed 12/2020, I reported issues by 12/2021 and tried work with Joe until 04/2023
