As a woman living on my own, I am very wary of being ripped off by unscrupulous tradesmen. However this was most definitely NOT the case here! Spoke to Callan last night and he came out this morning. Fantastic service! Very nice man; polite, friendly and very helpful. Thankfully he had the part he needed with him and replaced the door lock there and then and checked everything was working before leaving. Will 100% use him again. I recommend him 100%. Thank you Callan, you are an absolute star ⭐

Posted a "washing machine repair" job and within an hour spoke to Callan who arrived within an hour, promptly assessed the issue and advised on next steps: in my case it was that the machine was too broken too repair economically and we agreed I should purchase a new one. He was knowledgeable and provided an excellent service, extremely well priced and efficient. Will be calling him up for any appliance needs in the future!

Provided a detailed written report the same evening covering the condition of each appliance, exactly what was needed. Fair, transparent pricing for the full assessment, no upselling, straightforward communication throughout. Would use again without hesitation and highly recommend.

The young man that came out to me was professional, respectful, friendly, polite, good knowledge, and was reassuring. Highly recommend. I would certainly use his company again. And would pass on how good he was to friends and family. Very happy.
