Called Callan at Platinum Appliance Care needing an urgent independent assessment of four integrated kitchen appliances for an insurance claim, and he had me booked in for the next morning. Provided a detailed written report the same evening covering the condition of each appliance, exactly what was needed. Fair, transparent pricing for the full assessment, no upselling, straightforward communication throughout. Would use again without hesitation and highly recommend.

The young man that came out to me was professional, respectful, friendly, polite, good knowledge, and was reassuring. Highly recommend. I would certainly use his company again. And would pass on how good he was to friends and family. Very happy.

Engineer came out and was very honest in telling us it would need a regards which would be expensive and not easy to do as a cheap appliance. We decided to buy a new one. He offered us advice and was happy for us to send pictures of possible appliances to him for advice.

Communication was great. Was given a 3 hour slot which was kept. Engineer was very honest regarding price of re-gas and possible outcomes. Decided not to go ahead but get a new appliance instead. He even offered to give me advice on my chosen appliance before making a decision to buy. My dog loved him.

Callum was very knowledgeable and gave us valuable information regarding the running of our washing machine. He was on time, courteous and friendly.
