I had previously ordered a repair from Hotpoint. The engineer said he could not gain access, so I waited in all day for nothing. I was due to go away so contacted Check a Trade and got a call back almost immediately from Callan. He could not have been more helpful. Put me in as his first call for the following morning, was efficient, friendly and very reasonable in price. Very highly recommended.

Kept appointments, friendly, efficient service.

I phoned and the engineer was over in a couple of hours. Back the next day promptly with the new part and my washing machine is back up running. Friendly, knowledgeable and at a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend!

The repair guy came speedily, checked the fridge temperature with an accurate digital thermometer and reassured me that the fridge - and the freezer too - were the correct temperature.

Repair guy turned up quickly, as he promised. He used an accurate gauge to check the fridge temperature and the freezer too. It turned out it was my thermometer that was faulty, not the fridge, which was a relief. As it was a fairly brief visit I wasn't charged the full call-out charge.
