Arrived and completed job over 3 days as planned

Ryan and his team did work at our building 3 times. He brought the fire doors of our flats up to current standards, replaced the door to our communal electrical cupboard and finally he agreed to come back and do some work on the door to my flat after I had one of the locks replaced (a small job which was barely worth his while). All of the work was excellent quality. The work on the fire doors was part of a big project to bring our building up to fire safety standards. Ryan was very responsive and a big help while we were trying to coordinate a large project with many contractors. Recommended.

I was very happy with the work I had done to repair my entrance front door. The guys were very professional and polite. It was all dealt with promptly and efficiently and when I asked a question, it was always answered straight away… So communication was always very good. Lovely team and would highly recommend them. Excellent experience all round for replacing an internal kitchen door to a fire rated. Great communications explaining the job. Prompt arrival and everything completed quickly and to a high standard. I received the quote promptly from Platinum fire protection ltd for repairs to an existing fire door that had failed an inspection They booked me in for the job without any hassles and turned up and perform the repairs as agreed without any issues at all All in all an excellent service
