Installation of a new combi boiler including new gas line from meter and radiator valves replaced
Great service and communication and a thorough and professional job done. I couldnt be happier, I really easy process from quote to installation with friendly service. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Multiple Boiler services
The whole service matt provided from booking the appointments, to arriving on time and undertaking the work to a high standard was really good.Finding reliable tradesman who pride themselves on high quality work and service is very difficult, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Platinum Gas and Matt and will definitely use him again.
Installation of new gas boiler, flue and pipe work.
I've never needed a gas and heating plumber before having my kitchen renovated. Matt installed a new boiler,flue and pipe work before my kitchen was ripped out. He came back after to remove old water pipes to put in new ones, a stop cock and outside water tap. When new kitchen units, sink and appliances were in place he plumbed them in and fitted new drainage pipes. Matt is polite, friendly, he always keeps you updated on work done/needed. Matt is reliable and easy to contact. His work is excellent. I highly recommend him and I will always use him for plumbing and gas in the future.
Removal of old boiler and Installation of a new one
Matt arrived on time, removed old boiler, installed new one, excellent customer service, worked efficiently, didnt leave any mess!. Would highly recommend Matt without hesitation
Boiler stopped working
My daughter called Matt on Christmas Eve as the boiler stropped working, he came out straightaway and did as much as he could to get the boiler working until he could get the necessary parts for a permanent fix when the parts suppliers re-opened after the Christmas break. Really helpful young man and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him
Replace radiator with a larger one.
Perfect service on all counts. Very helpful. Would recommend.
