  Never arrived

  Kieran messaged and offered to do come out to see us. We called and arranged a day for him to come. My partner and I had the day off work and waited in the house all day. We text him in the morning to see if he was able to give us any kind of slot. He didn’t arrive or message us all day and has never been in touch since. We wasted the whole day waiting for nothing. Not impressed.

  Absolutely amazing service, prices reflect the skill. Will use again

  The plumber had been all over to different cities doing jobs before getting to do mine at 5pm He was friendly hard working lad and very skilled. Prices were very reasonable and his skill was reflected in the work that got carried out. Wont use another plumber.

  Replacement of taps and fit thermostatic valves

  Contacted Platinum Maintenance and Construction to replace some old taps on my kitchen and bathroom sinks also fit new thermostatic radiator valves. The team were very punctual and well presented /mannered . Super tidy and very happy with the work. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

  Had a couple radiators fitted and what a brilliant company to do It, communication was on point with keeping me updated with time and date of arrival. Clean and tidy job very happy with the outcome would definitely recommend and be using platinum again.

  New toilet and sink fitted

  I contacted Platinum Maintenance about acquiring and installing a new toilet and sink. They were very quick to respond and handled the job with precision and care. I highly recommend using this company and for any other work which needs doing I will definitely be using them again.

  Platinum came and fitted me a new bath, I was extremely happy with how everything went, there was no mess left behind and i’m overalled just very pleased with the job they did. Very friendly would definitely recommend.
