A reliable Professional Company.
This is the second occasion that I have used Platinum Plumbing. On both occasions the whole job has been conducted in a professional friendly and prompt manner at a fair price. No fuss, no problem, job done.
We had a simple job, a replacement of a dripping tap in the kitchen, Our enquiry was replied to very quickly which in itself can be unusual. We asked for an estimate and after we supplied details and a photo, a quote quickly arrived. The job was booked in and carried out on the day promised. The engineer turned up, explained what they were about to do and got on with it. Very smooth and without any fuss. I would happily recommend the company. Asked for a quote for a new towel rail. Adam arrived promptly and provided a detailed quote. Adam and Joe arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the work.. Platinum Plumbing Ltd was founded in Nov 2007.
I had previously worked for 14 years as a gas trained plumber for Southampton City Council and before that Haden Young and Lorne & Stewart.
I have been working in the Plumbing & Heating industry for over 35 years, and I am Gas Safe Registered.
I carry out all aspects of plumbing and heating work, from a tap washer to a complete central heating system, unvented cylinders and bathroom refurbishments.
We are a family run business; my son Joe is a qualified plumber who is also Gas Safe Registered with my wife Bev in the office answering customer queries and booking appointments.
We always offer free quotations and advice with no obligation.
