Most importantly we wasn’t made to feel pressured to pick this company and felt we was given enough time to make decisions needed not like how we had felt with other companies. We’ve seen the quality of work and windows through family members which gave us more confidence in picking platinum windows & conservatory’s. We opted for the flush fitted windows and they really are great quality with the newest colour door fitted. We had a good variety of options and opinion to choose with enough time to make them. The workers themselves were very respectful, tidy and clean in our home.

Another terrific job replacing 13 windows and a door. It included creating a brand new window opening incorporating brickwork, plastering and tiling. All tradesmen were punctual, polite, professional and friendly. Quality of the UPVC and aluminium windows/doors is plain to see. Highly recommended company from our experience (this being the 3rd time we have used Platinum).

Highly recommend Dan and his team at Platinum Windows and Conservatories. A professional family run business. Great service from start to finish. Dan was very helpful and our installers, Mark and Jake were polite, informative and clean and tidy. We had a new composite front door fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. It transformed the look to the front our house. Will definitely use Platinum Windows and Conservatories again in the future.

This is the second time I have had these guys work on my property and it won’t be the last. I had three windows replaced last year and have just had a conservatory replaced and another window and door…..all in six days! The communication is 100% with daily updates on what they will do next. Mark and Jake worked like Trojan’s, so polite, tidy and trustworthy and helpful. The quality of workmanship is 100% and I will recommend them to everyone. I can honestly say I don’t think I have come across such a good company, they make the experience so enjoyable and of course I have a lovely conservatory

This is the second time I have used this Company and won't be the last as I am already planning ahead. The first time I had three windows replaced and this time I had a door, window and a 24' x 8' conservatory replaced. These guys are amazing! From start to finish the comunication and hard work they put in made it a breeze and I am one happy customer! They are clean and tidy and totally trustworthy to be left to do their job. There is no hanging around waiting for the quote, they are super efficient. I am a very happy customer!
