I had someone round who looked throughout the property and outbuildings in person in advance. They told me it would take a large Luton van to move me in 1 trip. The guys on the day were lovely and arrived before 10am. It took 2 trips in the Luton (second trip the van was 3/4 full). There was an expectation that I would already have the keys so they could drop the first load off…completion hadn’t yet happened but was ready within the hour (1540). It took until gone 10pm for a 1 bed flat and 2 sheds to be packed into the vans and unloaded at the other end. This was rather stressful.

Phenomenal service from start to finish, extremely professional and reasonably priced with huge value for what you get - boxes dropped off in advance, regular check ins via telephone and smooth & respectful movers on the day - have already started recommending Plaza Removals to all our friends!

We had a poor experience with our house move by Plaza. They moved the contents of our three bed house into a storage unit. They came round for an in person assessment and we decided to proceed. The packers were slow and did not achieve much on the packing day. On moving day, the movers were extremely slow and did not complete the move within one day. They required my help to disassemble some furniture, worked late and left items in the garden for several days before coming to complete the job. The storage unit was packed badly resulting in multiple damaged items.

The company turned up on time, were very quick and efficient, and delivered all of our furniture safely without any damage.

Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend Plaza for home removals, the team were great & worked so hard, ensuring everything was wrapped & protected, plus had 2 hour drive to storage & then on to new house, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for making our move stress free.

Completely efficient from start to finish. Personal visit for the initial survey followed by a very competitive quote. Packers came in on a Sunday for a full day of packing and the moving team arrived on Monday and loaded up. Everything that was promised was actually delivered (quite rare nowadays!) and the team made the whole process of moving so much easier. The move day was a long one and the team just got on with it, no complaints, and I would recommend them, 10/10 from us 👍😊
