We used Plaza Removals for our move from Chippenham to Plymouth, August 2025, and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The quote process was quick and easy, with no hidden surprises. The team arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, packed everything with great care, dismantled and rebuilt furniture, and even checked our electronics worked afterwards. Despite a very long day and a 3-hour drive each way, they remained friendly and professional throughout. They made a stressful move so much easier. Outstanding service!

Outstanding service! We used Plaza Removals twice over the last month for a large house move with an interim stopgap. Administrative staff, sight visit, packers, movers and reassembly were very extremely professional and exceptional. All involved went above and beyond. I can not recommend this firm highly enough. I cannot recommend Plaza Removals highly enough. From my initial consultation with the owner, Aki, who patiently talked me through the different options regarding the number of vans, crew size and expected timescales, to the thoughtful follow-up from the office checking that I had enough packing boxes, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Moving home is always stressful, and in my case it was an especially emotional and challenging day. The removal team made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel calm and completely manageable. A huge thank you.

I had someone round who looked throughout the property and outbuildings in person in advance. They told me it would take a large Luton van to move me in 1 trip. The guys on the day were lovely and arrived before 10am. It took 2 trips in the Luton (second trip the van was 3/4 full). There was an expectation that I would already have the keys so they could drop the first load off…completion hadn’t yet happened but was ready within the hour (1540). It took until gone 10pm for a 1 bed flat and 2 sheds to be packed into the vans and unloaded at the other end. This was rather stressful.

Phenomenal service from start to finish, extremely professional and reasonably priced with huge value for what you get - boxes dropped off in advance, regular check ins via telephone and smooth & respectful movers on the day - have already started recommending Plaza Removals to all our friends!

We had a poor experience with our house move by Plaza. They moved the contents of our three bed house into a storage unit. They came round for an in person assessment and we decided to proceed. The packers were slow and did not achieve much on the packing day. On moving day, the movers were extremely slow and did not complete the move within one day. They required my help to disassemble some furniture, worked late and left items in the garden for several days before coming to complete the job. The storage unit was packed badly resulting in multiple damaged items.
