Refurbishment
We had PLD Building Services carry out a major renovation project and are really pleased with the outcome. They removed a chimney stack across two floors, made good the downstairs rooms, levelled the floor, laid oak parquet flooring, and fitted a new kitchen with an island. Upstairs, they created a bedroom with dressing room and en suite. The en suite was finished to a high standard, and in the bedroom, they installed a large 2.2 x 1.8m window. To keep everything in character with our 1890s house, they even had external lintels made to match the original windows - the result looks very much

PLD Building Services is a family run business, we have fully qualified tradesmen both in their trades and in Health & Safety allowing us to keep both staff and customers safe.

We have a team of brickies, joiners, plasterers and painter which are all employed by PLD, we over the years and gone with the employed route as opposed to subcontract labour as there is too much reliance on timings and cost with sub contract.

We aim to deliver all our jobs on time and within agreed budgets.

All our work is carried out with pride to give our customers job satisfaction.

We have undertaken all aspects of the building trade within residential and commercial projects.

Our photos show a wide range of what services we offer, our staff our polite, turn up at agreed times and aim to please, leaving sites clean and tidy and customer satisfied.
