I was nervous about whom to trust with this project. Friends have had poor quality service and other suppliers going bust immediately after fitting. However, Plex Energy Solutions were superb. Their "fitter", Fred Kingsley, is a real expert. He has university degrees in electronics, overseas experience and understands issues far better than the hardware suppliers from whom he has to seek advice. He is an honest problem solver and good communicator. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

I called up and discussed the problem. Someone was able to come over later the same day (and after checking out the issue) was able to replace the faulty meter. The appropriate pictures were taken and sent to our energy provider. We were invoiced and payment made on line. Excellent service.

Excellent service with professional staff. Finished the project on time and have had great technical support to understand how it all works. Would definitely and have recommended to others interested in energy saving. Thank you so much. A true life changer.
