Phil was incredibly quick to respond to my initial enquiry, even though it was over the weekend which impressed me. He sent a quote through and after accepting the quote the work was completed within 3 weeks . The whole team were incredibly efficient, carrying out the complete job of moving the fish, emptying the pond, relining and reinstating the pond within 4 hours! Fish very happy and I would definitely recommend PLG Aquatics if you're looking for an efficient job done using good quality materials.

Phil and his team came round quickly, diagnosed broken filter and fitted a new filter a few days later. Phil was very helpful, in checking all our electrics were working correctly, and explaining the problem. Great service at a reasonable price, would use him again.

Phil and his team came to my rescue after the return pipe to the pond from the filter box detached itself resulting in the pond emptying and the death of my Koi. A complete refurb was needed which meant limestone edging had to be lifted and then replaced after the new liner was fitted. A new pump and filter system was also added. The work was completed in one day on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Phil and his team were kind, courteous, and worked really hard and the outcome is wonderful. I am delighted with my ‘new’ pond. Thank you so much.

The company come each year and clean and maintain the water feature. This year they re coated it at no extra charge. They have been maintaining the water feature for over ten years and are very reliable and friendly.
