Fantastic job done with no fuss. Would highly reccomend

Pete didn't turn up for the first appointment as "an emergency croped up". No warning was given as we had only corresponded via email, although he could have emailed me to warn me. We then set a second appointment for 10am on Saturday 15th Feb. This time I sent him my phone number so that he could call if anything happened to prevent him coming, but once again he failed to show and there was no attempt to contact me. I would expect better customer service to be honest, especially as he failed to show for the first appointment.

Pete agreed to come and help us on the 28th December when our water tank was overflowing. No other plumber would take our call request due to the time of year and we were in an emergency situation with water flooding my flat. Pete arrived and fixed the issue promptly, was very polite, helpful and tidy.

He gave me very helpful advice on how best to fix my broken shower situation, diagnosing the situation over an app despite me having no idea about what I needed. He found time for the job within a week and was timely and efficient (it took less than an hour) . I now have a wonderful working shower for a lot less stress and money than I was imagining! Would thoroughly recommend!

Friendly and very honest trades man. Work looks great, we had 2 modern radiators installed. Pete offered advice around finishing touches and provided options, nice service.

Phoned Peter abs he was waiting to attend another job in an hour so as I was local he attended to have a quick look. It was a relatively simple fix so he sorted it within the hour and headed off to his next job. He had all the required parts on board so didn’t have to return. Very impressed and a very friendly and helpful fellow. Highly recommend.
