Perfect communication, arrived when arranged, speedy and accurate work, courteous, cleaned up afterwards, very reasonable for the brilliant, fast service, gave great tips on how to avoid future problems, can’t fault Nick, will definitely be the first person I contact for any plumbing needs in future!

The response to my urgent message on a broken tap was immediate. I sent photos of the issue and fittings and within an hour the tap was replaced and the new one functioning. I was so impressed and relieved at such a quick response and professional service. This was my second time using their service and I highly recommend them.

plumber advised to not replace part in tank as looked ok, probable debris. It didn't look faulty. Gave it a wipe. Also shower head holder had broken. He unscrewed part of holder and said I can try to get a replacement if not, a new shower head holder and pole is required. He will come out again if further holes required to fit item. I will try and get shower head fitting replacement first.

Nick was quick to respond to our request to replace a kitchen sink and taps. He was flexible with the time and date, was excellent in his communication, arrived on time and did a fabulous job. He has a very friendly and polite manner and even offered advice on other issues we had that may need attention in the future.
