Jamie is quick to respond to calls, even answering and ordering parts whilst on holiday’! He sorted to our temperamental shower very quickly, and in the hot weather we were very grateful 😊 He is very knowledgeable and helpful, would strongly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Job started OK and Jamie is likeable & he had a good idea to put pipe work in the store near the kitchen. After the work, the join to extend washing machine hose started flooding to the room below. It was not done properly. Another plumber fixed the leak and said it was a poor job. Jamie denied this even after proof. I gave photo evidence and he cut contact. Errors happen but how you deal with it is key and Jamie will not take responsibilty for his actions. He has a history of this I found out. I gave him every chance. He used his ill nan as an excuse. You will this before on other reviews.

Great service from beginning to end. Jamie provided a an accurate quote, and delivered exceptional service. Due to a previous bad plumbing installation more work was required than I originally specified, Jamie explained everything to me thoroughly so I understood what was required. Quality of work was excellent with Jamie demonstrating each element of the job as it was completed. Will definitely be using Plumb and Fixit again!

The plumber came to us in very good time. He was very knowledgeable and as well as doing an excellent job of fitting our new taps gave plenty of very good advice.

I recently had a booster pump installed on my hot water tank by Jamie, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Jamie was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure everything was installed neatly and working perfectly. The difference in hot water pressure is fantastic, and the whole job was completed efficiently with great attention to detail.

Needed a replacement bath mixer tap. Turned up promptly, identified problem, showed me the cause of problem, replaced pipework and tap, left area clean and tidy. Friendly and happy to give advice. No job too small.
