Replacing a kitchen mixer tap
Plumb and Plumber Ltd had successfully fitted a Valiant boiler in our home in Bracknell in Feb 2019. However in Aug 2020 he supplied and fitted a new kitchen mixer tap. Immediately the tap leaked to such a degree that water filled our kitchen and downstairs hall. The kitchen cupboards, kitchen and hall floors were all damaged. I asked Sam to claim on his insurance in order to get the damage fixed. This he promised to do. Sadly after 14 months of mostly one way documented correspondence, (admittedly through Covid) and trying to get action we have given up trying. Very disappointing outcome.

Boiler fixed
They were really determined to do a full and professional job. There were a few complications (e.G. Water tank being in upstairs neighbour's attic) that a lesser tradesman may have found a way to shirk around.

No heat to many radiators.

Central heating kept failing to start
We have never used Plumb and Plumber before and we were very happy from start to finish, they were on site the same day, polite and tidy and rectified the error without much disruption. We will have no hesitation recommending or using them again,
