If there was a rating which was 11/10 I would have no problem giving that. Oliver is reliable, meticulous, personable, skilled and an overall nice guy. He has been contactable from the moment we had the quote right through the day the job started. He has gone above and beyond, gone that extra yard. We cant thank him enough. We hope he will come back in 2026 and do the whole bathroom.

Communication and punctuality for initial quote was excellent. Well priced compared to others Oliver had to call a few times to delay the job due to issues with part delays with supplier (not the his fault and he kept us in the loop). We recommended waiting for parts to arrive before booking in appointment which worked better. Appointment went smoothly on the day. Really happy with the results, parts supplied and fitted appear good quality, been a week or so since work was done and no issues have come up. Overall would use again, Oliver is easy to deal with and did a great job.
