  Had a brand new bathroom installed by plumbaway. Great team good people and do exactly what was agreed and discussed. 100% recommend them and would be happy to share my experience with anyone.

  Overall experience was stressful dealing with an very unprofessional outfit. Calls regarding issues ignored. Quality of plumbing work appears to have been to a high standard and the plumber was on time, polite and clean throughout. Everything else was awful, the finish is poor standard. Fittings have not be installed level. The mess throughout was appalling, there was zero respect to me or my property. I tried without success to get the company back to remedy the issues, they refuse. Positive ratings are for the plumbing, all else was poor and stressful. Avoid this company.

  We strongly disagree with this review and feel it does not reflect the quality or professionalism of the work carried out. This was a full bathroom refurbishment, which included rip-out, re-plastering of surrounding areas, tiling, and fitting—delivered to a high standard from start to finish. Photos of the finished work have been uploaded in a dedicated folder titled “SE91EN,” allowing potential customers to see the results for themselves. The job was completed with care, the property was protected throughout, and the space was thoroughly cleaned on completion. We understand the client sadly experienced a bereavement during the works, and we were mindful and respectful of that difficult situation. However, we believe the low review reflects frustration rather than the reality of the work delivered. As a small business, reviews like this can impact us unfairly, which is why we’ve chosen to respond openly and honestly. We stand by the standard of our work and are proud of the feedback we consistently receive. Direct client references are always available upon request, and our track record speaks for itself.

  New bathroom

  The guys at Plumbaway were amazing. They honestly went above and beyond for me and my family. They listened to everything we wanted and done the job in the most cost efficient way as we didn’t intend on doing our whole bathroom. They’re reliable, trustworthy and will deliver good results. Plumbaway is a great family run business, with genuine relatable guys who know exactly what they are doing. I wish them all nothing but success!

  We got in touch with Plumbaway for our bathroom renovation, discovering them on Checkatrade and checking out their work on Instagram. The experience we had with them was superb. We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. Cormac and Cian kept excellent communication and provided highly skilled, tidy workmanship throughout. We highly recommend!
