  • Emergency call out to sort lack of cold feed in most WCs in my parents house.

    I contacted Martin on 25/03 as my parents house had no cold water coming through their gravity fed system, and with me being laid up post surgery I wasn't able to help. Within half an hour, Martin had organised a time for one of his chaps to come out, sort the problem, and all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend him and his team more highly. Thanks!

  • Change my bathroom to shower room.

    Martin and his team were all very friendly ,polite and professional explained what they were doing each day. When he hit a problem he stayed with it and resolved it. They tided up each evening leaving my home clean. I now have a lovely new shower room which I am enjoying using. I would highly recommend Plumb Buster. This was the second time I have used him and I will again if necessary.

    Martin came out to look at the job and returned the next day to undertake the work. He provided costs upfront, and the work was done to a very high standard. We are incredibly pleased with our new sink and tap. This is the fourth time we have used Plumb Busters, and we will be using them again and would recommend them.

  • Investigating catastrophic leak, repair, replace and refurbish ensuite

    Martin Prosser from Blumbuster was recommended to me and he and his staff have been brilliant from start to finish. He came straight round to investigate the leak and stabilise the situation. He then set a date to start work, find the cause, fix it and refurbish the damaged ensuite. He kept me informed everyday. Alll rotten wood and wet plaster was replaced and the ensuite shower plus floor has been finished to a high standard. He stuck with the job to completion rather than juggle other jobs at the same time. Estimate was clear and precise. I highly recommend Plumbuster.

  • My toilet was about to go through my floor!

    Unknown to myself there was a leak in my bathroom behind my toilet, the floorboards were chip board and soaking up the water until it didn't! Back from holiday and my toilet was slanted with a pool of water. The floor was rotten. I sent out 4 contacts via Checkatrade and Martin was the only one to reply and quickly came out and provided a quote. Work started quickly as the floor was now dangerous. Martin helped make the most of the space I had available and Keith fixed and fitted my bathroom. Keith did an excellent job so tidy and helpful. Excellent work, reasonable price, quickly completed. Amazing thank you

Working 7 DAYS a week and late into the evenings, we work to suit you.

We provide a 24 hour call out service, meaning we are flexible to support you, day and night with NO CALL OUT CHARGE and prices that can’t be beaten. We charge an hourly rate so you the customer know exactly where you stand and know what you paying before we walk through door. So the days have gone of silly bills for calling a plumber out.

We are fully insured and provide quick and easy credit card payment method as well as cash payments and bank transfers.
