Our boiler broke down on 23/12… Stewart and his colleague Ben managed to source and install a new boiler in 5 hours on Christmas Eve… saving our Christmas! I cannot recommend Plumbcare enough, they are fantastic. We had an issue with our boiler and therefore had no heating or hot water, Stuart arrived within the hour, and diagnosed the issue. He spent a lot of time here making sure he could fix it, going out and getting the parts he needed, and done a very thorough job, and made sure it was all working before he left. at a very stressful time, Stuart put everything right and made our Christmas, we now have a very warm house, thank you so much, would highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: KT1610 Great service

Alfie from PlumbCare attended my property this week to fix an issue with my hot water supply. This problem was rectified in a timely manner and to a high standard. Alfie explained the problem to me (a little over my head), but I found this very professional of him to explain exactly what the problem was. He was very polite and courteous and respectful of my home, and left the area very clean & tidy. He also left a detailed completion of works form explaining the work he carried out. Paul rang back on the day I contacted him, asked me to send him some photos. as soon as I did so, he gave my an estimate by return, which I accepted immediately. Plumbcare is not cheap, but neither is their work. This was an insurance claim. I had to get 3 quotes. Plumbcare were not the cheapest but Stuart seemed the most knowledgeable. Ryan and Alfie, were very efficient, pleasant and cleared up after themselves every day including hoovering the carpets. The bathroom looks fantastic now it is finished, much better than I imagined. Shower screen was fitted over the new bath instead of bifold doors as agreed but Paul arranged for them to be changed at no extra charge. Booked an engineer (Stuart) to do annual boiler service with agreed price. Paid for service same day. After he left, I noticed a leak under my boiler. Upon revisit, he told me washer damaged during service and will be replaced without additional cost. Alfie fixed issue and asked where to send the invoice. My wife questioned this- no additional cost was agreed, washer was damaged by them. Next day, Stuart called to say I have to pay. When I questioned him, he said, “Do not call us again” and hung up on me!10 mins later, £188 invoice emailed from Paul that was not agreed. SUCH A BAD SERVICE!!Verified reviewerJob location: GU16
