They were meant to come and see me for a boiler service which was booked and paid for in advance. They attended on the morning when the appointment was booked for the afternoon and I told them to put it on the notes due to my job. I called to tell them to come back later and they agreed that jobs were in the area, so they would come to do the works. Failed to attend a second time. I rang back and they had decided not to come to carry out the works. The only positive is the call handler who tried his best to rectify the problem.
