    Like-for-like replacement of bathroom (including tiling)

    Although Krystian was meticulous with his work and clearly a perfectionist, we have been disappointed by the follow up issues encountered on completion. This includes cracks propagating in the wall tiles (from improper installation) and serious damages to our drainage (we learnt that wet concrete was dropped in there and left to dry) - despite his 2yr guarantee he refuses to respond to any of our correspondences and will not engage in mediation. His costs were very high to start with and the amount we have had to since spend to remedy the issues from his work is thus unacceptable

    Complete refurbishment of main bathroom including reconfiguration and re-positioning of door to fit bath

    Punctual and tidy. Gave good advice and had good eye for detail. Excellent quality of work. Clearly holds himself to very high standards.
