Would not recommend at all for major repairs. Colin accepted an underground water supply leak detection job without even being equipped in any sort of specialist equipment. Instead he just ripped off the floor in our utility and downstairs bathroom and charged significant amount of money WITHOUT even detecting the leak. Failed to attend on one of the agreed days, did not answer the calls on that day and also did not even bother to reply to me after I have processed the invoice. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Colin did a fantastic job for the bath renewal needed at our rental property for a reasonable price and on time as promised. Would recommend and will definitely be using Plumbear again.

We had a leak coming from our shower and called in a plumber to sort it out. From start to finish, he was brilliant. He quickly identified the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got it fixed without any fuss. What really impressed us was how neat and tidy everything looked once the job was done — you wouldn't even know anyone had been working there.
