Agreed £45 fee, which changed to £185 for a call out and 30 mins. Arrived 2 hours late after phone call to say he was on his way. Agreed a labour fee which also changed when work was half way through. Estimated time for work completion was 2 hours but done in one hour, charging me £195 plus a charge for parts. As I am in my 70's I felt that was used to overcharge and expect me to forget verbal charges. No paperwork given or guarantee for parts.

They carried the job out very quickly same day as I advertised great service
