Had a leak, other plumbers were away, Plumberoo came within 1.5 hours, fixed the leak, replaced the part then and there, were super friendly, and had invoiced me within 10 minutes of leaving with a detailed itemised invoice. Amazing service. They're not too expensive, not too cheap, but you get what you pay for - they're brilliant.

Beware these guys overcharge a lot. They quote £120/hour but charge 35% markup on parts bought and then and extra 20% VAT on top of the total. They dont tell you the cost in person but send you an invoice afterwards. Staff get defensive when you question charges. They even tried to charge for time when I let the engineer use my toilet. No call or message before engineer arrived at property as a text message was sent an hour into the job. I am pretty sure most of their online reviews are fake

Toilet leak fixed and broken parts replaced, was charged for the time the plumber used to go to buy the parts.

Little bit expensive but no complaints

I called Plumberoo in the morning and they had someone on site that afternoon. They replaced the leaky valve in no time at all.

A 2 day job which was done quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. On the third day the owner came to fit a thermostat that was not part of the boiler but had been discovered to be broken. Altogether an excellent experience.
