Outdoor drain unblocking
Upon waking up to an outside blocked drain Plumbers 365 were brilliant! From advice & guidance on the phone from the office to Adam the expert engineer who sorted things really fast! Punctuality and a job well done
I rang Plumbers 365 on Thursday morning and was pleased with the response. As promised, an engineer (Prem) came in the afternoon, assessed the leak under the ensuite basin and went out to buy a replacement part, which was duly fitted. Pleasant and efficient people at 365 Plumbers.
We had a sudden flood of drain water due to the roots in the communal pipe line at the end of our private pipeline. On calling Plumbers 365, I was told that someone would come the following day. Carl came and cleared the pipe but suggested more work be done to prevent any further problem. Olly arrived two days after my phone call to the office to confirm this . He had driven up to the north of England to get the material needed, after having tried various other places. No extra charge for his time and petrol!
