Blocked external drain
I requested a quote and within 10 minutes I had a phone call for an engineer to come out the following morning. Joe called to say he was 25mins away and arrived bang on time. Joe cleared the blockage and explained everything with me whilst doing so allowing me to see on the camera. Another issue was identified and advice given. Excellent first response to an early morning telephone call. Chris Burton came promptly, was polite and cheerful, explained the process involved and quickly identified the initial problem and subsequent implications. He explained the remedial measures needed to remedy the ongoing problem and detailed the cost implications. He remained professional throughout, coping with the heatwave conditions! Plumbing repair to underground drainpipe..
2 workmen arrived on site and quickly assessed the damage that had occurred. Video of damaged drainpipe was taken, and they were able to diagnose the remedial work to be carried out. They showed me the damage, recorded on their computer, and Identified that an inner sleeve was required to be fitted in order to prevent leakage.
