Contracted Richard to undertake installation of central heating system. Worse mistake ever. He can talk the talk but cant deliver i had to pay 2k to get his so call work rectified. I don't usually leave reviews but after bad workmanship and the additional costs to repair his work i had to be honest to others who like me lose out to bad workers.

Richard came to do a boiler replacement. He had poor timekeeping, talks the talk but is lazy and incompetent. He took a blow torch to a live gas pipe and had flames bellowing out in my lounge which I walked into - and instead of acting quickly, he then panicked. Thank goodness I had another competent engineer on site who literally saved mine and the neighbours lives. He then tried to intimidate me to pay him and not review him. Its taken this long as I have needed therapy after what he did. Reported to gas safe but he talked his way out of it, but lost his apprentice from the local college!
