Tony from Plum Gas and Heat was punctual on the morning of my boiler service and set to work straight away. I found him to be focused and thorough in is work and when I asked about the boiler very knowledgable. I was impressed by the way he respected my Home and cleaned up after he had finished. He even made sure all the documents were Signed and kept up to date for me. A very professional job completed to a high Standard and such a nice chap nothing was Too much to ask. Well Done Highly Recommended.

After moving into our new property we approached Tony for a quotation to replace the existing old boiler. A suitable Bosch Worcester Boiler was recommended by Tony and his Team fitted and installed the new system over a couple of days. All work was carried out to a high level, Tony and his Team were very respectful of our property. The completed job was excellent and since installation we have had no issue with the CH system. I also get the Boiler serviced regularly by Tony which again he is always quick and efficient to complete - i would highly recommend to anyone.

Prior to installing our new boiler Tony spent a great deal of time thoroughly assessing the situation and explaining the pros and cons to us. On the day of installation Tony and Ben arrived early, took care in putting protective sheets down before getting to work. After eleven hours most of the work which included replacing the gas pipe was completed with another early start planned for the next day. A few hours later all was up and running.
