I was matched up with Jon and PlumbGas by Heat Geek to install our Air Source Heat Pump. Jon's Heat Geek training shows through. Jon came to do the heat loss survey and talk me through all the work needed to upgrade our home heating. He was very helpful through the whole process, answering loads of questions, in the weeks and months leading up to the installation. The week of the install the PlumbGas team were fantastic, clean, tidy, very efficient and worked well together. It was a pleasure having them in the house! They come highly recommended!

As ever the service was first class. Ryan went the extra mile with his explanations, checks of the entire system (not just the boiler) and safety/practical advice going forward. Excellent as ever.

Company arrived on due date, on time and completed work in time allocated. Very pleasant technician, who removed old boiler and fitted a new combi oil boiler. Neat workmanship, carrying out all relevant tests. Workings of new boiler explained and useful advice provided. Left neat and tidy, a professional job done.

I was very impressed with Plumbgas from the customer service through to their booking system. They arrived precisely on time (with the ability to track their workforce) and they undertook the work with a lot of skill and care. For the installation of my bathroom they did lots of tidy up jobs that I felt were above and beyond the normal plumbing services that are usual in the industry. This included rejecting the trim for the shower tray they were going to use to source another, better looking trim more in-keeping with the bathroom.
