    Fast and efficient service from Carl.

    Called Carl in the morning and he came that afternoon and sorted the issue. I thought it was going g to be a huge repair and cost but Carl reassured me it was only a leaking valve which he sorted then and there. Fast, efficient and neat. I would highly recommend his services

    We called Plumb hero’s and they came the same day and without hesitation located the issue and sorted it out. They were tidy, quick polite and reasonable. This is the third time we’ve used them and We wouldn’t use anyone else now. Very, very pleased with them.

    Replaced existing boiler and moved it to the airing cupboard

    Carl was superb. Worked two days, with the first day working for more than 12 hours with his colleague working nonstop without a moan. Kept us updated at every point and ensured all issues were sorted on that day. He also installed a new cooker for us. Incredibly friendly, hard working, and good job.
