Confusing at outset first plumber failed to arrive but after using second trader all went well

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I called PM247 to replace an electric shower in my bathroom. It had a Triton T-80 electric shower which started malfunctioning. I told them from the very beginning it will be a straight swap, like for like. I was quoted £195.00 +VAT which I thought was reasonable, now that all the Eastern European plumbers are gone. I must say the customer service was very good taking the order, sending notifications etc. Engineer turned up, had one look at the shower and told me he need to speak to the office.
