James Sharkey from JR Plumbing was the first to ring me after about 5 minutes. He spoke clearly with good diction. We discussed my problem - leaking toilet cistern. He requested photos which I sent after the call. He said he could come in about 90 minutes which for a Sunday I thought was excellent. He arrived on time, had all the parts with him, fixed the problem with new seals and pipe and tested thoroughly with about 10 flushes to make sure everything was watertight. His bill was as predicted on the initial call. First class service and I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Very pleased with work of James Plumbing who worked on fitting water pumps to my shower and bath. The work was done efficiently and without problems.
