Tim was great in responding to my request for help on Checkatrade and was right on time in the morning. He was able to get a stuck stopcock moving rather than having to replace it, which I really appreciated. He sourced the parts he needed for the tap and was able to quickly install them. He is very experienced in what he does and is lovely to deal with. I would request his service again when I have any plumbing issues.

He investigated the water leakage and pumbing issue, and quickly found a replacement product, and fixed the issue right away. He was super responsive, efficient, meticulous, and respectful. Tim was quick and reliable in getting back to me, punctual and on time for requested appointment next day and made me feel at ease and totally comfortable having him in my home He explained clearly the problem and how to fix and fixed the issue promptly within an hour or so Tim was very knowledgeable and also a lovely, friendly man to chat to so all round would highly recommend and would 100% use again if needed Thanks Tim!

Leak seen in kitchen ceiling and building paint work and ruining the plaster. Tried to do home checks first with silicone and bath plug or leaky taps. No joy. Had to call in plumber and Tim was available on a Saturday. Very pleasant man, way to work with and talk to and knows his plumbing stuff. We managed to remove a tiled over bath board panel t gain access underneath the bath and there was the issue clear as day, a leaky connection on a push fit part. Tim remedied the issue quickly by replacing the parts and explaining to me everything he was doing. Highly recommended. Thanks Tim!
