I trusted these guys to install a kitchen and some wooden flooring after Wren provided them to me as my installer. I’ve been left with nails sticking out of my floor (from where they removed the quadrant trim for the old floor but didn’t remove the nails), brown silicone stains on my expensive curtains and a 5 in 1 tap with 2 features missing (we only agreed to remove 1 feature - the other missing feature is a water filter. They claimed the water filter was not on site but it was and I have photo evidence). The team are refusing to come back to amend these issues.
