  Power flushing of central heating radiators and system

  Russell arrived just after 9.00 am as agreed, parking carefully on our driveway. He asked to be shown all radiators to ensure none would be missed. He started in the loft isolating the header tank and worked methodically through the day. He had his own food and drink so required no supply of tea or coffee. He carefully balanced the system and the job was completed around 3.45 pm. An invoice was provided for the amount agreed. The option of cash, cheque or bank transfer was offered. An excellent job evidenced by the improved performance of the heating system. Highly recommended.

  Boiler maintenance

  Boiler replacement

  We’ve used Russell a couple of times and it was no surprise that when it came to replacing our boiler, he was brilliant from start to finish. His quote was really reasonable and he let us know when he was on his way over. He worked hard to get our new boiler up and running by the end of the day and the work was of great quality. Top plumber who I’d recommend to anyone.

  Change mains incoming stop tap to lever valve

  Russell was a great find. I had contacted 3 other plumbers who came to look at the job and told me that it was best left alone as the mains stop tap that I had was seized under the floor in an awkward spot. Russell asked me to send him some pictures and he was able to price the work, arranged a time to come over and did the work without any issues. Really helpful with his honest advice on a couple of other things too. Very reasonably priced - hard to find tradespeople like this now!

  Annual service and seals change

  Arrived on time and very courteous. Spent 1 1/2 hrs doing service and changing seals. Gas/thermostat changed. Very happy with work (first time to us so definately will use again. Charged as agreed.
