  Igor responded very quickly and arranged the appointment super fast - within hours, to attend our emergency situation. He was punctual, thorough, and fixed the issue very professionally. I would highly recommend Igor. Definitely 10 out of 10.

  Superb House Purchase Inspection

  I cannot put into words how wonderful Igor has been in helping me with a home inspection. He booked the job almost immediately and even though the estate agents messed him around he was always kind and polite. His communication was superb throughout. The inspection and the report he provided was so helpful and extremely thorough. His honest approach and keen eye has saved me thousands. Thank you so much Igor.

  I'm sometimes sceptical of reviews and wondered when I saw all the great reviews about Igor. They were not wrong. He contacted me virtually as soon as my request went up came almost immediately and got stuck in to the blocked macerator despite the fact his opinions of them are not very high! He was dubious he would be able to sort it without having to buy a new one but he's full of ideas of how to sort problems and he did! He's come up with an idea to stop it happening again and will be back in due course to tackle another problem. In this day and age his price was as expected. Lovely ma
