Working with Autistic customers - a skill
My nephew is 50 years old and autistic. He lives alone but very wary of new people. His shower failed recently. The reality was the pipework was not fit for purpose and the enclosure was well past its sell by date. Enter Dan. Dan gained my nephew’s confidence and trust - not an easy thing to achieve. Such that my nephew was happy to work with Dan. Dan reviews the situation, made a practical suggestion for resolving the problem. He implemented the solution, no drama, no fuss.
