The valve in our bathroom has been leaking. It was a very old product, and very difficult to find a similar replacement online. Also, the replacement process involves knocking the tiles off. Not an easy job. Fortunately Nick and his colleague came to see us and told us that they could find similar products and help us install and fix the tiles. They did a great job! Job location: S75Sudden failure of shower. Prompt visit to assess the situation. Required a spare part that was ordered and then work was able to progress within a few days.9.5 All taps in house replaced, stop cock changed.

All the taps in the house were tired and leaking. The cheery lads arrived and got straight to work. They were polite and helpful, and kept the noise and mess to a minimum.
