  No hot water, no show for promised return to fix.

  No hot water, called plumbing chaps and they arrived 2-3hrours later, by which time I re-pressurised the system. They checked the boiler and water tank and told me to call them next time it fails and they'll come straight out, took £120 cash for the call out fee saying they will repair for free next time. One week later same problem, my wife calls, told they'll call back in 15mins, they didn't, 3hrs later my wife calls, told again they'll call back. I call in the evening, told they'll call in the morning, next afternoon I call again, told they'll call back. I've given up

  Leaky tub faucet

  Simple job, just fixing the leaky stream running from my tub faucet. Plumbing Chaps called me within half an hour, had someone out to quote within 2 hours and fixed it then and there! I am really glad to not have such a simple job carry on for weeks! Super efficient and helpful - thank you!

  Fast professional service for bathroom leaks.

  Answered with professional manner and attended very fast. They were at my door around 30 minutes sorted the leaking. I needed some parts and I have been charged exactly same as store prices. I'm happy with overall price. Job well done and wish you all the best

  Drain unblocking

  Plumber was unable to clear blockage despite best efforts, but tried several approaches and was polite and professional throughout so I have no complaints.

  Shower mixer with difficult pipe work

  I had removed the previous shower mixer and when I went to fit the new mixer it was found one of the pipes were originally set at an angle making it next near impossible to fit so I thought best to get someone that knows what they are doing. I had a call in the afternoon and a couple of hours later the team were on site. We agreed a price which was reasonable and within an hour the shower mixer was plumbed in and fixed to the wall as well as the shower holder as well. Excellent service will use again.
