Very friendly and flexible, able to work around my work schedule. Made sure not to leave until they were sure it was all good.

Although the 3-5pm scheduled visit turned into 6.30 I was kept up-to-date of the delay. Cameron did an excellent job, identified the fault, sourced a part, fitted it and left everything neat and tidy.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend!

plummer was friendly, replaced the broken part and checked to make sure it was working before he left.

Very happy with the work Kamran did to replace dodgy pipework in the utility room and kitchen of our new house, at a very reasonable price. He even came at 4pm on a Sunday! There was a small issue after he left with a tiny leak that appeared suddenly after all had seemed fine during testing, but came back the next day to sort it out. Also great communication throughout from Arwen re any delays to timings.
