We had to remove an old outdated high maintainance open vent system with a new splash valiant ecotec combi boilet .Which the customer with more space in loft by getting rid of cold water storage tanks and cylinder in the airing cupboard

Customer had complained of low pressure when another tap is being when he is having a bath..The problem was solved by installing a unvented hot water system .This gives you the continous flow rates through the bath or showering times regardless of other taps being used
