  Poor comms/have not come back

  Had a slow-leaking toilet waste; Ryan investigated and fitted a trial part (9 May) – all on time. Leak did come back (which Ryan warned us could happen), so we wanted them back a month later (10 June) to adjust. I tried to call/text. They said they “don't really make appointments – they would come when they have a spare hour”. I tried more text (it is now 14 July) – heard nothing; they are poor at communication on phone (they are GREAT and polite when in person). I wish Ryan could admit that they just do not want smaller issues. They just left us hanging, so we have to find another plumber.

  I sent a request to them and never heard back. I called, twice and left a voicemail leaving my number asking them to call me back. Still, I heard nothing.

  Connecting new radiator to central heating

  Quick to respond to initial request, after sending photos, quote was sent quickly with a date to do the work. Danny arrived on time as promised , completed the job to my satisfaction had good communication and was very clean and tidy in his work. Would highly recommend and will use for future projects .

  Connecting new radiator pipes to central heating system

  Danny was quick to respond to my request for quotes, after asking for some photos, he replied quickly with a price & date when the work could be done (3days!!!). He turned up bang on time, explained exactly what he would do, did the job, tested the system & left the area clean & tidy. Thanks Danny, a job very well done.

  Replace mixer tap on kitchen sink

  Very friendly service from initial phone call. Prompt service, plumber arrived a little earlier than planned having advised me in advance by text. Undertook the work in a friendly, chatty way, offering sound advice to any queries. His young assistant was also very personable. Speed, efficiency and quality of their work was excellent. This company will be my go-to tradesman for all future plumbing work.
