Really happy with service and timing. They came on time and just got on with job. No issues and mess. Would highly recommend again to anyone that needs plumbing job.

At first all seemed well- lovely sisters who carried out the works asked & the work looked neat at first look. There were a couple of things that needed finishing, they asked to be paid the full total whilst we wait for parts & they’d be back. Paid in good faith, not seen them since. They msg’d they couldn’t get the parts & we needed to pay for a whole new shower door- we bought the part easily off Amazon next day & fixed the door ourselves. Found sealant splashed around the bathroom and now found sealant seams that hasn’t been done or is failing. They left wall scraped & broken shower shelf.

We’ve used these twice now for my gran who’s in her 90’s and they have been absolutely fantastic on both occasions. They’ve squeezed her in on short notice and been brilliant on each visit. The repairs are always done to a high standard. We are extremely pleased with the work they have carried out and very relieved to have found a reliable plumber. They have been really good with the jobs they have completed but also with our gran, it’s a relief to now have found a trustworthy person to have within her home.

great service they talked me through what needed to be done and price for the work .They phoned me with a time they would be coming .Would recommend them to anyone
