  Emergency shower repair to connecting pipes

  Wael was fantastic and helped us late on a weekend evening - he assessed the problem within minutes over a very understanding and detailed phone call and arrived 30 minutes later with the necessary tools. He completed the job in no time at all and explained the process and advice. A very nice man.

  Great job fixing a leak

  I noticed that water was leaking from somewhere in the bathroom. Two hours after I first called Wael (on a Saturday!) he arrived, and half an hour after that he'd fixed the issue. He's an absolute star, and I've saved his card for the next time we have a plumbing issue.

  Possible rain coming into conservatory or leak.

  Extremely helpful, very professional and very thorough. Checked water meter figures with 20 minute gap to see if possible leak under concrete floor, then sorted area where rain coming into conservatory. Very helpful. Have had bad experiences in the past with poor work and being taken advantageous of, but trusted Wael totally. Highly recommend.
