I had a boiler fault and Tom arranged an engineer to come out and repair my boiler that day. Really friendly, professional and great customer service.

Excellent service. Gareth the Engineer notified us of his intended time of arrival, which he achieved. All aspects of our system and boiler were examined and a Job Certificate was received via e-mail within a short time of his departure.

Plumble attended my property within 24 hours. Gave me some brilliant advice as a first time owner - I didn’t have a clue. They were the best priced in the area and I felt really looked after. Their customer service was amazing and I even received an email from the company director after the works had been completed checking I was satisfied with the works.
